Items purchased in store
Items returned with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-defective items purchased in store
Items that are damaged or not in a condition to be resold will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-defective items purchased online
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
1- Please contact us for a return authorization at in**@******rg.com;
2- You must return the item at your own expense or bring it directly to our store at the following address: RECYBORG, 3811 Sainte-Catherine East, Montreal, H1W2G3, Canada;
3- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of a shipping error on our part).
If RECYBORG did not deliver the correct product you ordered, we will correct the situation free of charge.
Defective items purchased online
Please contact us at in**@******rg.com to obtain a return authorization;
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. These costs will be reimbursed upon confirmation of the product defect by one of our team members;
Upon receipt of the defective product, a RECYBORG team member will contact you as soon as possible.
Conditions for in-store pickup orders
Customers who select “In-store pickup” at either of our locations have a maximum of 30 days to collect their item(s).
After this period, Recyborg reserves the right to refund 50% of the amount paid to the original payment method and return the item(s) to inventory.
